After a series of MRIs and blood work and wicked bad pain for the past few months it has finally been determined I have a tear in my hip joint. This past week has been so bad, I've been almost confined to a chair and sleeping because it hurts to lay down for long. Steps are almost a no go.

Bummer. So sorry for your pain.

I’ve had the same issue on and off for years. Mine is a torn labrum. Some days are way better than others. Hope you start to have some of them “better” days soon.

Im supposed to have another dye assisted X-ray, followed by a cortisone injection in June. What are they doing for you?

Now that they know what’s wrong do they have a plan to fix it yet? Stinks to be in pain. It’s a good thing your daughter is so helpful!
