Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Since tomorrow is our last full day here this year, we did a little car cleaning and getting an oil change this morning so that tomorrow we can just enjoy the day. We decided to go say goodbye to our local eagle nest, and actually saw both babies today. The picture isn't that great but both little fuzzballs are there if you look closely:

From there we checked out the little park across the street - nothing too exciting there, just a tri-color heron, a limpkin, and a few ospreys, one of which was delivering sticks to the nest:

Around the corner is the eagle nest we found the other day - one adult was sitting on the nest still, but we didn't see any babies yet.

We were getting a little hungry. so we stopped at WaWa for sandwiches and drove over to the Lakeside Park for a little picnic in this delicious weather today. On our walk around the park we encountered a few friends...

That park is just gorgeous , and is always full of life - families and friends having fun together. We love to just go hang out over there and soak up the. atmosphere.

We treated ourselves to Twistee Treat on the way home - super slurp!

Try having a pack of them hiding in the bushes next to your outdoor table at Yak & Yeti making a low droning quack-quack-quack sound until the kid at the table next to you drops a fry and 15 of them descend on it like it's the last morsel of food on earth. First time I was EVER scared of ducks.
We didn't have any problems with the ducks at WDW, but those big white birds with the long pointy beaks....man are they aggressive. One got up on our table at Typhoon Lagoon and stole a whole piece of fish from DS's plate. Fortunately, they didn't do kid's meals there, so he got the adult portion and he was only 8, so he was pretty much finished with his lunch, but I hadn't expected them to take it from his plate. They were all standing around waiting for someone to give them something and when it appeared we weren't going to, the one got impatient and just took it. There's DS screaming at a bird "That's MY lunch, not yours!!!"
