When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I got an email from Disney today reminding me of appropriate attire for our Wild Africa trek. Closed toe shoes are mandatory. ie - sneakers. Do I even own a pair of sneakers?

Yes, apparently I do own a pair of Nike Airs. Who knew?

Not loving the laces though, so I'll swap them out with Hickies.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess they weren't worn very often. :hilarious:

Mike just called me and says: I like pork chops.
Me: Would you like me to buy pork chops, honey?
Mike: We need apple sauce if you buy pork chops.

(I know this means he wants Shake'n'Bake, because he doesn't use apple sauce with barbecued chops.)

A couple of seconds later, he says: I like Shake'n'Bake.

So, guess what we're having for dinner.
Subtle! :hilarious: That so sounds like something my husband would do though.

And I made Hubby's lunch!

Tomatoes "on the side", so as to not make the sandwich all soggy and gross ... or should he come to his senses and eschew those nasty things altogether.

He won't get home from work until after 9:00. We have to be on the road by 3:30. And somewhere in between packing and whatnot, he needs to try and sleep for a couple of hours. He can't do the 36-hour all-nighter like I still can.

Boarding passes printed. We should be in the World in less than 24 hours.
