So we're getting the hang of the kids' routine, but this morning they were both up early. So being the neurotic old lady that I am, I still rushed around getting breakfasts ready and packing their lunches, getting clothes out, teeth brushed, hair combed, etc, while DH walked the dogs. We headed over to the bus stop and I noticed hat no one was there. It was then that I realized we were an hour early.:hilarious::hilarious:

Must be the time change. :hilarious:

I'm tempted to book, but a) we have no kids, and b) we are not costume wearing people.
I think I'll book the Animal Kingdom tour instead.
You can be Bob and Doug McKenzie!!

Are you guys seeing or smelling any of the smoke from Fla wildfires, or is that further north from you? The last map I saw showed them pinpointed all around that area.

I met Leroy Butler today! If you don't know who that is, he's a former Packers safety (should be in the Hall of Fame), and he invented the Packers traditional celebration: The Lambeau Leap. He shook my hand, and we talked a little bit about teaching and kids. He's super nice. I was fan girling hard.

Here's him doing the Lambeau Leap for the first time.

I don't like wearing costumes either, in fact even as a kid I really didn't like Halloween. My husband loves Halloween and dressing up though. When hubs and I went to the Halloween party had a blast even without costumes. I did buy us Halloween themed tee shirts to wear. They were black and said Trick or Treating Down Main Street in orange letters and then there was an orange Mickey head on it .

It was fun to see others in their costumes. There was a family that dressed up as Cinderella and family. Two of the dads dressed up as the step-sisters, it was hilarious to see them in their dresses and full beards on their faces. They really were the ugly step-sisters!
