Perhaps they are tasty, but those critters look scary to me! (Never had crawfish before, and can't figure out how you open them up--it must be a learned skill? )
What do you serve with it? Rice?I would have never thought of them as scary. They look just like little lobsters.
The biggest problem with them is that there is a lot of peeling involved. You just pull off the tail and then then tear the shell from the crawfish tail.
Yesterday my Facebook wall was full of pictures eople were posting from their crawfish boils.

You had me at hotdogs and ketchup. No, you boil potatoes, corn on the cob, mushrooms, sausage, hotdogs, and garlic in with the crawfish, and that's what you eat with it. We also make a mayonnaise and ketchup dipping sauce.

Iced tea in a Mickey glass?
My name is Jennifer, and I approve this message.I think my mom got them from Old Time Pottery. Could be wrong about that though.
Yes, sweet tea in an Epcot Mickey glass.
Dh and his brother love that cake so I made a double size one - you should come on over tomorrow.
You live close enough you could come pick it up here and save me the shipping costs! Can you save me a slice and Fedex it to me? (It's o.k. to wait until after your Easter dinner to do that. I don't want to be impolite or anything.)
