Sorry, wrong answer. Hazel is not a color. It is the one used when you don't know. How do I know that? Because my Fathers drivers license said that he had Hazel eyes. What he actually had was one green eye and one brown eye. Show me on the color chart any shade that is identified as Hazel. Now Hazel is a name given to females in the early 20th century. I know that because that was my Mothers name.

And just to add injury to insult... it's 61 degrees F here right now at 8am.

Hazel eyes are due to a combination of Rayleigh scattering and a moderate amount of melanin in the iris' anterior border layer. Hazel eyes often appear to shift in color from a brown to a green. Although hazel mostly consists of brown and green, the dominant color in the eye can either be brown/gold or green.

We had freezing rain for many hours last night. It was quite the drive home from my brother's party last night, that's for sure.

Tell me again why I would want to live up there? Seems nasty to me. However, that said, we do have the same thing here and our winter storms do tend to be freezing rain and not snow events. But, thankfully we don't have very many of those.

I remember when they renamed the Louisiana Superdome the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. I thought it at least sounded kind of classy, and wasn't something like the Viagra Superdome.
