Well, we went out to shovel this morning; 2 1/2 hours between shovel, snowblower, skidsteer, and tractor, but we got everything all cleaned off and got a round bale out for the horses. No new snow yet, but the winds picked up. The temp is supposed to fall overnight. I just hope we don't get anymore snow, it will be freezing cold tomorrow and I don't want to have to repeat this mornings activity.... How long until Spring?

Just got to my sister's house after Rogue One. She and her husband are on their way home from dinner so we are hanging out for a bit. The 4 kids grabbed lightsabers and are outside battling it out. The force is strong with them. Something about lightsaber battles in the snow is just so cool.

Hazel. And I just give him "the look". Doesn't work on the kids, but it works on him, probably because the stakes are higher.

Too much food - I didn't have any.
Too much drinking - not me of course.
A couple of skirmishes - neither started by, nor involving me.
One guy wanting to "hug it out" all night - even wanted to hug me for some bizarre reason.
One broken watch - not mine.
All the drunks safely delivered home - by me.

That's it. My last party for the year hopefully ... maybe even until the summer if I play my cards right.

Sorry, wrong answer. Hazel is not a color. It is the one used when you don't know. How do I know that? Because my Fathers drivers license said that he had Hazel eyes. What he actually had was one green eye and one brown eye. Show me on the color chart any shade that is identified as Hazel. Now Hazel is a name given to females in the early 20th century. I know that because that was my Mothers name.

And just to add injury to insult... it's 61 degrees F here right now at 8am.

We're 60 degrees now but forecast is 44 degrees by 2 PM.

Yes, unfortunately, ours is supposed to start doing the same thing soon, but, so far it has stayed at a pretty steady 70 degrees. I'll take whatever we can get. It very seldom drops below 25 here, but, it has been know to happen. Just yesterday we were having freezing rain issue, today, 70 degrees. Hard to decide what to wear at any given moment or what to take with you when you go someplace.

Tomorrows low is supposed to be in the low 30's.

We had freezing rain for many hours last night. It was quite the drive home from my brother's party last night, that's for sure.
