We went for a little hike today over on the other side of the bay. It was pretty and quiet - just what I needed:

SWEET!!!!!! The scenery looks really nice and peaceful!!! We were down in the basement, studding the bedroom walls and running electrical for sconce lights in the family room. I haven't said anything, but we have a second home and last August we travelled over there to find that the toilet tank split open and we ended up with about 18,000 gallons of water that went through the ground level and seeped through the floors into the lower level walkout. We've been spending a lot of time rebuilding. Other than some final trim work, we have the upstairs done; all new flooring throughout and a new bathroom. We are getting into the lower level now. It's been a lot of work, but DW is helping me and I guess it keeps us young and and we don't have to worry about getting sunburned! :hilarious:

I'm picturing you opening the door to the home and seeing this:
