So sad...they are thinking terrorism most likely cause..but still early...

I saw that. It appears the pilot was not answering calls for about 10 minutes before the plane disappeared off of radar and they are thinking an explosion since it just suddenly disappeared. They have started to see debris. It just so awful.

what is curious and surprising to me is that the plan departed from Paris...rather than an unstable country

My friend said she heard there were a number of high ranking Egyptian officials on the flight. Of course, all information coming out at this point is so speculative though.

So I had no idea that Pixar did commercials in the early 90's...like for Tropicana, Trident, Listerine, Life Savers. Remember all of these, just didn't know it was from them.

@PUSH , I found hot cheese!!!!!!!! :D However . . . not in any Disney restaurant, yet still on Disney property. Sunday afternoon, I went over to the (cafeteria) restaurant, Picabu, in the Dophin hotel. I asked the chef for a hot dog. He said sure, and what would I like on it. He starts listing off all kinds of toppings: onions, chili, hot cheese . . . . HOT CHEESE??!!! :jawdrop: :jawdrop: :jawdrop: :joyfull: :joyfull: :joyfull: So, hot cheese it was--and he gave me lots of it, too, and a large Kosher dill pickle on the side!! :hungry: :hungry: :hungry:

If it is raining we can take a complimentary umbrella before we burn the place down.

O.k. everyone, now settle down. As many of you may already be aware, Marriott International plunked down 12.2 billion dollars to buy Starwood Resorts & Hotels Worldwide, back in November, 2015. Swan and Dolphin are included in this blockbuster deal, which is expected to be finalized by this summer.

The question is: When the official takeover of these hotels happens, will Marriott prioritize hot cheese at it's restaurants, as Starwood does now? Stay tuned. This could be big.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
We saw Eye in the Sky this afternoon.
Wowie, wow, wow!

It was probably the most engaging, thrilling, taut movie I have ever seen. (You know, because I knew how Titanic was going to end.)

I highly, highly recommend it. Absolutely riveting.
It also helps that I believe everything the movie showed is possible - and so much more!

And Helen Mirren is incomparable!

Hey!! I owe you a big shout-out for your great tip for lunch!!! Yes, I went to the Tune In Lounge (in 50s Prime Time) on Tuesday morning, around 11:10 AM. As you suggested, I went directly to the bar and got a seat (bar about half full at that early time). Bartender was very pleasant. So I ordered the "sampler" (same as you!) and it was delicious!! I didn't order any exotic cocktail (just too early for me), but I did have a nice chilled glass of white Zinfandel (don't recall the brand). Anyway, I really liked it there and people around me were friendly.

The one odd thing was that while people were waiting in the bar area (standing or sitting on the chairs), this one woman with a 2-year old daughter, decides to place the toddler on a bar seat while they were waiting??!!! So the bartender immediately asks her (politely) to take the toddler away from the bar. She gives him this dirty "look" --- um, really??!! What's the matter with people? The bartender told her there were seats available (directly behind her . . .). But, what bothered me was the complete lack of respect that she had for him--he's a bartender and seats at the bar should be filled with people paying for beverages. This is his livelihood.

I'm glad you were able to eat at the Tune-In lounge, it is a nice place to relax and get a good meal. I agree that is odd for a put a toddler at the bar. Some people just don't get it though.

Hey, next time you go to WDW maybe you'll want to try the Derby Lounge, good food there too!
