Same. Kids' outdoor activities all cancelled - thank goodness - since its 40 degrees but 20 with the wind chill..
Having so much fun this weekend. Fridge at second home conked out. You'd think it would be easy to just run to a store and find a 20 cu-ft black or brushed top or bottom freezer in stock that I could immediately load in the vehicle and take home. And if you thought that, you'd be wrong. Finally after driving to the third city we found a Best Buy willing to sell their floor display. Of course just checking on the Internet doesn't help, especially when the websites specifically say in stock in store and you drive there to find that is indeed not the case.

We have both. We are expected to get more snow in April than we did in December.

It can be really frustrating, especially with appliances. It's almost like the storefronts are just that--"fronts" for appliances that are all off-site, in some remote warehouse.

There is a HOA member somewhere feeling a disturbance in the force whenever you turn those on after mid-January.
That was Friday's task. We needed an emergency replacement mattress for the futon for an unexpected guest. After calling 8 stores, we found one that offered up their leather showroom mattress. 20 mile drive, done! In the truck it went and away we went!
