Doing better now...see next post.
Yay...or is it YEA??
I swear sometimes I think you are my male twin. :hilarious:
Are those YOUR kids?
Oh heck no....
OK so yesterday I got my absolute favourite ;) salad from the place near work. When I got back to the office I realized they forgot to give me the dressing. They always give two tubs, and I only use one, so I usually throw out the second one as it's chipotle ranch and probably doesn't keep very long. Well instead of going back to get dressing, or even going downstairs to the awful cafe in my building and buying a tub of dressing, I used one of the ones I found in the back of the fridge that's been there for who knows how long. I announced to my co-workers, "well - this probably isn't a good idea but I'm going to eat it anyway so when I'm sick later we'll know why". Suffice it to say, my streak is over (thank goodness it was only once) and Immodium is the best product on the market.
I never leave home without it!

Reminds me of the diamond shaped poems my kids write at school.

EDIT2 - I win :D

Why do you have to stay up?

So DW's parents are flying to Belgium tomorrow. Well, they will actually be flying to Paris (the airport is still closed as you said) and then will take a train to Brussels.

Also, they offered to get a plane ticket for DW as well so she can say goodbye to him. So it looks like she will be going tomorrow as well for a few days. To be honest, I am not entirely thrilled that she will be going. Of course I want her to be able to say goodbye to her grandfather but the whole situation in France and Belgium right now makes me very nervous.

I hope they have safe journeys!

@JenniferS , as you may (or may not) be aware, the World Figure Skating Championships are taking place in Boston this week. I like the talented Canadian ice dance team of Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje, but unfortunately, they placed 5th last night. France claimed the gold, while both the silver and bronze went to the U.S. teams--and nice for us, as they are local favorites. :)

More skating coming up this weekend with the finals for the Mens, Ladies and Pairs. I checked out tickets, but all the good seats are sold out (even at high prices), and the remaining tickets are up in the nosebleed section--pass. I'll watch the events on TV instead.
