Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

You know what's funny?
Don't you love it? Just wait until after the merge. The sneakiness typically reaches new heights at that time. That's when the real game starts.

i like how the last two voted off where basically their own fault. Because they opened their stupid mouths. Haha

Peter was way too arrogant and sure of himself. That's rule #1 of Survivor. Don't expect things to go according to plan, especially when alliances haven't been established. Disappointed Liz left, as she was my favorite on the Brains tribe. But Jenny the week before was one of the worst collapses in Tribal Council history. Rule of thumb: don't tell your alliance you contemplated flipping. That usually doesn't go too well.

So today is supposed to be the last day of the foreseeable future that it's supposed to be under 50 degrees as the high. Today's high is 37, with tomorrow's at 52. A couple days next week are highs in the 60s, but it is also supposed to rain quite a bit. I'll take it, though.

The dog and I just got back from a walk. It is about 35-36, but by the end of our walk I was ready to shed my hat, coat, and mittens.

I love journalist investigation movies. I have Spotlight tied with Mad Max as my 2nd favorite movie of last year. Inside Out has the top spot.

It was indeed compelling, to say the very least. I've lived in this state my entire life, and well remember the story around here, as the news story broke. It was on the tv news a lot after that as well. Also, being of a Catholic background, the story was even more disturbing for me to watch. I was actually a bit shaken by it once the movie ended. Came on here to get away from it. Feeling better now.

This is such a fun thread I hate to muck it up. Have you seen this? Geeeez I hate to be the bearer of this sort of thing. But the cuts that have taken place and the use of the visa worker at WDW bothers me a lot.

Indeed gross, but to call it "unsanitary cleaning practices" implies that WDW condones this laziness.

I'm more inclined to think that this is a one-off, "an isolated incident" as Disney claims, of thoughtless actions by a sub-par third party employee.

And oh yeah,

I was sitting at an outdoor table at Starring Rolls Cafe (this was about 2 years ago). Watched a CM (he had a Disney tag on--I don't think it was anyone from an outside agency), take a rag and wash down (the seat area) of some baby booster seats (I think that's what you call them). Then, he took that same rag and wiped off a table near me! (He didn't even rinse out the rag before he wiped the table.) :jawdrop:

Anyway, they'll always be a few duds that work in every company out there; but usually, I think most people do a good job, regardless of whether they're Disney employees or from an outside agency. That's my two cents.
