Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Speaking of driving to Florida, Hubby just suggested we drive down for Spring Training.

We haven't driven since 2006. Might be fun.
Some good (and bad) memories have happened in the car rides to Florida. Usually around the midway point we either get angry at each other, or we go stir crazy and think everything anyone says is the funniest thing ever. And then it changes to the other option.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
I do watch Netflix with headphones on. But that would make it hard to drain out the noise because the noise would be coming from the headphones.
I keep my tv volume very low. I only turn it up on Wednesdays for Survivor.

I also keep my car stereo volume very low; unless I'm singing along with Meat Loaf, in which case, I push those Bose speakers to the limit!

I have been to Florida over 20 times....never driven once....not once. Hate driving or even being a passenger for that long.....and driving from Canada? That would be a huge NO!
Okay, memory test time.
Drove: 1991, 1992 (pre-kids) and 2005, 2006, 2007 (with kids).
Flew: 1993, 1994, 2003 (from Pearson) and 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 (from Buffalo).

We were supposed to also drive in 2011, but my mom passed suddenly and unexpectedly a week before our departure date.

I don't think I could drive that far either. I hate just driving from NYC to Virginia.

I can't remember what the first episode was like, but I really didn't notice it that much - except for one episode. But I'm pretty good at drowning that kind of stuff out.
Actually we probably should have kept watching Fuller House. This Ben Affleck with a creepy goatee trying to turn a girl straight movie is awful.

I went to Google which movie you are referring to and got distracted by the fact that Ben Affleck and I share a birthday. Ewe!

My next door neighbour's uncle (her dad's brother) died, and I just looked up the obit online.

Her dad's (Canadian) name is Jimmy. The deceased brother was Gus.

- They both married women named Maria.
- Jimmy has three children: John, Anna and Nick.
- Gus has two children: Anna and John.

Weird, eh.

We are driving again next month. Back to back drives!
