I've never had a Jersey 'mater, but if they are good then you can send ME some.

In a few weeks I can send you some Long Island tomatoes - by the looks of the plants, I'm going to have more than I know what to do with.

In the meantime, can you take some Swiss chard, spinach, lettuce and snow peas off my hands? It's been a bumper crop and we can't eat it fast enough!!

I only really eat raw tomatoes in Mexican cuisine. I do love balsamic dressing though.
