Agree with you, the series was awesome.. Its amazing how Mr. Shymalan converted a diamond in rough into a total pile of turd... worse when it was whitewashed beyond belief.

And he only bought the rights to it because it was his kid's favorite cartoon.

It doesn't look like anything from the inside but white snowflakes engulfing you. My garage is about 100 yards from my house and looking out the window this morning, I couldn't see it.

Oh yeah I remember that because I was questioning the abbey road thing because it was confusing me. But I don't like making big decisions like this (this is a huge deal) because I dont want to make people upset .

From what I have gathered is a lucky thing that DL was shown at all. According to records there is no indication that he ever was in DL with her. Or even that she went there on her own for that matter. A little artistic license and perhaps subliminal promotion from the Disney Company.

It's definitely subliminal promoting. I saw it and instantly perked up (then sighed heavily because I'm dying to go back)...it looks so nice and classy. That's still my favorite flower Mickey design.

Ok I need a list of classic disney rides /attractions that I can YouTube on the new tv my roomie bought. I've kinda been glued to it all day... Side note, despicable me looks fantastic on a 'new' model... Versus the huge heavy 80 lbs fuzzy screened nightmare we had.

Just a quick comment about today's discussion of ice cream trucks --

One of my brothers, during his late teens, drove an ice cream truck in the summer He didn't make much money, except on game day at Fenway Park. He'd park right outside the park (this was years before they put all kinds of vendor and security restrictions near the park). Plenty of baseball fans would stop by the truck, because his prices were so much cheaper, than inside the ball park.

He "hired" me on (I was only about 12) for the big game days to help him out. (I didn't get any money, but he let me have all the ice cream I wanted.) Even so, he still ended up firing me after the 2nd time out there, because I kept getting distracted and not working much . . . watching all those handsome boys walk by!
(Ha! I was useless!)
