I don't eat at McD's very often, but, every time they bring that dang McRib sandwich out I'm all over it like...well... me on a McRib sandwich.

It is real meat...but, it's formed ground pork (and other things). The "bones" you see are just formed meat.

I agree...I was looking at that stuff and thinking...I could order that but I'd have to cut out a few things that I've grown accustomed to.
