Does anyone else live by the "one in, one out" rule? You buy a new top so you have to donate one top to charity?

Luckily almost everything I own has been either clearance or a thrift store find so I don't feel like I did or didn't get my moneys worth out of clothing. The exception being pants (I'm picky) and obvs under garments.. Those are bought new. If I wear a shirt once, hate it, never wear it again there's no "I spent how much on this!? Must keep!" guilt.

The pile in the back is the "new" pile and cost me a total of $65.... For 7 tops, one sweater, a dress, and a pair of pants. All from kohls and old navy clearance racks. SCORE.

The heap in the front is on it's way to goodwill!

My dog, Jack, has far less discerning tastes, and believes that everything is his. And, it's never enough. In his warped mind, any time I come home with bags after shopping, he gets so excited and bolts up and down the hallway like a crazed lunatic (bodyslams into walls, knocks over things)—because he thinks that I went out and bought more stuff, just for him!!
