No, never heard of it.
Culvers is mainly a Wisconsin thing, where it originated. It's a fast food place and has custard. Pretty good!

I think I ate at one in Duluth a long time ago.
There probably would be one in Duluth.

This is the logo if you recognize it at all:

Krispy Kreme built a brand new factory about five miles from my house here in Ohio in 2003. They hired almost 100 people and opened. Less than six months later the factory closed with a note on the doors saying "sorry about your luck" because their stocks took a dump. The factory sat empty for almost a year then the Culligan Corp. and the Ohio State Extension office split the building. Not a fan of Krispy Kreme.

What's a frozen custard butterburger? o_O
Frozen custard and ButterBurgers are two separate things. :p

Frozen custard is... well, frozen custard.

ButterBurgers are their burgers. They butter the buns or something like that. Don't taste too much different, but they market them differently.

from their website under all locations?

It wouldn't let me do it.
Yep. Wonder why it won't let you... maybe they only allow Wisconsin residents?

EDIT- If you can see a image thing, that's where I got it from.
