Its a meme related to the movie LORD OF THE RINGS THE FELLOWSHIP OF THERINGS.
where FRODO manages to unite them all..
so.. first Aragorn promises to help Frodo in his quest.. then Legolas goes "You have my bow" ...
then Gimli the Dwarf goes "AND MY AXE!"

so the meme is when people keep going "you have my support " or do a continuous list of things.. the fans or memeérs will start to use the "you have my bow... " and other will finish "AND MY AXE!!"

in my case, the guy was posting about all the things that were filled with christmas lights..
