If it makes you feel better my step-FIL was 40. He turns 90 this week.
Oh, I know that there are people older then I that remember it, but, when he asked me about it he said that none of his teachers were alive when it happened and that he should ask someone that was OLD enough to remember it personally, how we were feeling when it happened, if he knew of any. (sigh) On the plus side I've made him a Beatles fan. He is starting to collect their albums and is constantly asking me which one is singing in them. We go along in my car and he sings along to all the songs as they come on my CD player. It surprised me that at 12 he is into their music. What's not to like, I guess. Vietnam is another of the topics that he keeps asking me about. I hope that he doesn't delve into my mind any further because he will be scarred for life.
