Winning it all back here would be sweet!
I would think that winning it anywhere would be sweet! They don't exactly have a stellar record when it comes to that. But what do I know, back in 1969 I was one of four people in the country that routed for the Mets, and they came through. Miracles can happen. As a kid growing up in NY State I believe that it was required that we route for the Yankee's. But that was back in the days of Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris and Yogi Berra. They almost never let me down. Then moved to Vermont and, of course, it was the Red Sox but they always let me down. I basically stopped following baseball after the Amazing Mets won. There was never going to be a sweeter victory. :)

Have you ever tried to post on here from an old rotary desk phone...?

Hey everybody. So my grandmother has been paying for my phone plan for the past two years, but now it has gotten so expensive that she had to drop the phone plan, which means I can't use my phone. So hi from my VERY slow iPod.
Hi from a very slow laptop!

PS- I promise to update you all when I do get a new laptop... assuming that's during my lifetime/the lifespan of this thread. Or unless I forget, but I'm fairly sure I won't. So in other words, I take my promise back, but I'll try to update you since I know you're anxiously waiting for the announcement, but I do apologize for the Meg-paced concept art.

They're a great team this year with a lot of heart, and no matter what happens in the next couple of days, they have made this a fantastic season, and a great return from the lows of the past 2. Love those boys!
