It was hard getting him to pose for the picture, but I bribed him with rhubarb.
Well, who doesn't love rhubarb?!!

This reminds me of Toy Story 3. No one's getting out of the day care!
I've been reading the forum on my phone the past few days...and JUST NOTICED the Bob face in your avatar. Amazing.
Why does formatting on MS Word have to be so difficult? All I want it to change the margins for a certain section of the document, so I go to the margins section, change the setting to what I want, click "this point forward", and then it takes me to a new page and sets the margins for that page. I have it clicked in the right spot, but it doesn't make the correct settings. And now it won't let me delete the extra pages it created, so I'll have to print out two extra pages for nothing. And it's all for a pointless class.
EDIT- I forgot to add that when I hit enter sometimes, it just gives me like 3 spaces instead of going to the next line. Technology is frustrating.
SOLUTION: Buy edible paper (which does exist). If extra pages are printed, eat them. Why does formatting on MS Word have to be so difficult? I suppose I could do that. Can't you tell it to print from page 1 to whatever, without the extra pages?
not sure why it quoted NYWDWfan's post too. Can't you tell it to print from page 1 to whatever, without the extra pages?

Probably the "save draft" feature.not sure why it quoted NYWDWfan's post too.
For a trash can with no hands? Yes, it does.it does involve a lot of work....

When I get done changing the margins, it moves it down to the next page (the new one it creates). I think I found a way to do it manually, though, line by line.Where does your cursor (the computer one, not the BM one) end up?
I think a lot of the problems are coming from the letterhead he had us create. We have tabstops and different margins, and a whole bunch of other things that are screwing up the formatting. As I said, the class is a joke, and I haven't learned anything in the class.Just delete it all and start over.
