I somehow messed up my shoulder. I'm not sure exactly how (it certainly didn't happen at the gym), but I can't turn my hear to the left and it hurts just to exist. I'm trying to figure out how to Blame Meg for this one.

I somehow messed up my shoulder. I'm not sure exactly how (it certainly didn't happen at the gym), but I can't turn my hear to the left and it hurts just to exist. I'm trying to figure out how to Blame Meg for this one.

That happened to me last week one day with my neck. I just looked up for some reason and suddenly got a sharp pain. Rest of the day I felt only a dull pain if I didn't move my head and the sharp pain returned only if I moved my head. Its really awkward having to do that whole body turn to look at anything. My friend called it the Batman turn since apparently he can't move his neck in the costume.
