You never know...

If I had a Facebook, I would have liked this a long time ago. It's amusing to say the least.:D

I have a Facebook, but I like to keep it completely separate from WDWMagic. Actually I like to keep it separate from every website. I hate all of the Facebook integration into every website you click. Just doesn't seem necessary.

I don't find anything about Facebook productive or necessary. I go home to get AWAY from my friends after they've been annoying me all day. There is something to be said for chatting with complete strangers who share similar interests. I find it more productive and informative. I even wrote a piece in the school newspaper about why I hate Facebook. I'd share it with you, but it has my full name on it, so...I could black it out though. I guess. Later. Or not.

I use Facebook to keep up with what everyone's up to. I rarely communicate on it; that's what texting is for. I also have a pretty intense Poke War going on with one of my friends.

Or actually picking up the phone and talking:rolleyes: ...but I'm guilty of the texting thing too. It's convenient. Especially since people (me) won't answer their phones but they'll answer a text. Eventually. Sometimes it take three or four days

I hate talking on the phone, I don't know why. The last time I talked to a friend on the phone was a couple of weeks ago. None of my friends like to talk on the phone. Maybe it's a guy thing. Plus, when you're on a phone you have to respond right away. And the conversations I have aren't very important let's say, so it makes more sense to text.

As a girl, I really hate talking on the phone unless it's necessary.

Any word from Bob?

Which just illustrates it's not a guy thing as much as it is a society thing. I like being on the phone. But that's me. My mother is the same way. It's also because it took both of us forever to get texting plans before we figured out how convenient it is when she's trying to get me a message at school.

You should talk about what a fantastic husband you have. ;)
that would be gauche, but I did reply as she would like when people asked her what I wanted for my birthday ;)
I also told them that for his over the hill party(50th next year ) he wanted a day at WDW from each family member

I think it's just easier for me to text at this point. If I want to talk to somebody, I'd rather see them face to face anyways. Otherwise I can just text. And honestly, I don't really have the time to talk on the phone anymore. I'm either at work, school, or with my boyfriend. In addition to being a convenience issue, it's grown to be a preference to text.

I guess I've just grown used to using the phone because of only recently getting a car and not being able to drive to see people. I like texting and will do it because some of my friends prefer it. Some prefer actually talking on the phone. I go with the flow.
