Yep. Probably other countries too. For some reason I fell in love with Europe in college and I would love to live there even though I have never been. Canada is nice too. An old world vibe in Quebec and Montreal. I don't know about the West.

I love history and the USA has only 400 years worth (that we know of). And no, Columbus didn't not discover us.

Start a Masters and travel abroad? My Sis lived in Germany during part of her undergrad and that cured her.
What was your major in college?

No iPhone 6 for me today. Since I'm on the family plan, my dad thinks he can get $400 each for both mine and his iPhone 5 on Craig's List (Verizon is offering $200 each for our phones). I don't think he'll get that much. Also, only the 64GB version of the iPhone 6 is still available right now. The other models have already sold out locally. By the time he sells our phones on Craig's List, all the models will have sold out and we'll be waiting on the next batches to ship. My sister Rachel ordered a phone (which I thought was my birthday gift) and she got it today and claimed it for herself. So, I'll just have to wait... No biggie. But I doubt my father will get $400 or even $300. I'll let him learn the hard way.

Well I hope he gets $400, I'd be surprised. How long have you had them? My DD and I have 5's about a month apart but mine gets far less use and the battery life stays far longer than hers does because she is 22 and it is a natural appendage of her hand. My DS, I'm not sure he functions with out multitasking the phone and whatever else he is doing.

I can prove that there was an advanced (by ancient Anerican and Columbus technological standards) civilization pre-dating Columbus and pre-dating the Incas by thousands of years that existed in the Peru/Chili/Argentina area. The area is littered in ruins of stone that seems to be mechanically cut from a time thousands of years before the Incas.

Sounds similar to our trip.

We'll be checked in and at a park by noon.

Our last day, we don't fly out until 8:30'ish.
Sadly, our last day is a no-park day (Day 11), so we'll be breakfasting at WPE, shopping at DDT, riding the boat to POFQ for beignets, and then maybe hitting the Florida Mall.

Our first and last days are never Park days. We like to chill a bit when we get there, and then a bit more before we leave. :)

The NFL doesn't look like it is going to be about football this year. :(

Wonder if Vegas is taking odds if Goodell resigns this season.

I haven't looked at a news website (and don't watch it on tv) since I left my job three weeks ago. I haven't a clue what's going on, but I do vaguely know about the ray rice thing.

I'm really enjoying not knowing nor caring what's going on in the world.

Was near my favorite grocery store ever today. FYI I bought lettuce and fruit too.

Good lord woman I'll be right over to help you uh, unpack your groceries.

And @FutureCEO , welcome! And we won't make fun of your language differences unless you're Canadian. :)

For this trip my DW is rushing me to DHS right after our plane lands to catch the Frozen events since it is the last day they are being held. Except we are not staying for the fireworks because we are going to MNSSHP that night.
