Today is the day! I'm on the verge of a total meltdown. But I'll be okay. Things are missing that I had stashed away for later use (such as for this trip) and they're gone. Okay, you really want to know?
A few months ago, a I was at the Sawgrass Mills Mall, the largest single story mall in North America, in Fort Lauderdale. They have this huge store there that sells just candy. Naturally, I bought this huge box of Never Ending Gobstoppers for $20, figuring you'll never know when it could come in handy.
Any way, I had it stored at my dad's house, along with other things and it's gone! What in the World would my dad use it for? He's diabetic, so he's not going to eat it! I would be sooo angry if he just didn't know what it was (despite the fact that it was with my stuff) and decided to make more room for his stuff by just throwing stuff out "he didn't need" (not realizing it was mine, of course)!
The box had like hundreds of little bags filled with Gobstoppers. I thought it would be a good gesture to hand these out to new people I meet, such as at the hostels and the music event, especially the music event. Well, that ain't happening.
My dad agreed to drive me to the train station (I'm taking the train to the Fort Lauderdale airport). I'll ask him what he did with the candy on the ride there. Even though I'm curious as to what he could have possibly done with it, I really don't want to know! Lol
Other than that, I'm stressing because I have this terrible feeling that I'm forgetting something. I'm scratching my head, trying to think of what could possibly go wrong, so I can plan for it...
