Awesome. I want to be their friend too.

That appears to be the same cruise my DS took a year ago, he had an amazing time. (it wasn't Disney)
He was on a new(er) ship, massive and he said he only felt movement for a little while coming back towards port.
He swam with the Dolphins too, something he had never done. Said the food was to die for and the service exceptional.
Was it one of the OASIS or FREEDOM series?

One person who contacted me, and the others people who I contacted.

You would think when you're offering these people a job, they'd be more polite.
Some people really believe YOU OWE them a job!.

We were actually watching stuff on Youtube. My best friends surprised my daughter and I yesterday with a 9-day Caribbean cruise vacation. Being a BIG chicken of being where I can't swim to shore :bawling: , they were showing me videos of the ship and ports of call. I think we'll survive the cruise. :) I'll just be a Nervous Nelly until then.
If it's any consolation, many more people have drowned in areas very close to shore then ever have in the middle of the big blue. In fact, even though I don't have any stats on it, I'd bet that more people have drowned in their bathtub then out on the ocean.

There now I have either cured you of your fear of cruising or have convinced you that bathing is a dangerous thing to do. I and the rest of the world hope that it is the first one that I have accomplished. ;)

that is adorable!
I actually wonder if the cat is pesting the person for pettings, for food, or just plain sleeping.

You're drunk? :bored:
drunk with happiness?

As a Mexican, this is always a forceful thing that must be present at all times in your daily agenda!

Mine is in for an oil change and to deal with a squeaking noise that is annoying the crap out of me. They are just backed up and if the squeak is something worse I won't be able to pick it tomorrow so they gave me a courtesy car.
ARgh dont remind me, I need to get my late dad's again for fixing.
After changing the Battery, the igniters and many other things in this year.. the RPM controller is failing when its on "idle" (engine stalls after the engine gets hot and gear is set to neutral or P)
but right now, gotta save all the $$$ for the cruise!

Well I'm never going in the ocean again. Thanks.

In other news, I had one of the most realistic yet weirdest dreams ever (during the last minutes of my nap)
The dream was....that I Was contracted at DLC and they were interviewing me... inside a tiny one person (smaller than the actual photos) stateroom.

People were coming and leaving constantly.. I already was in "officer" suit. there was a lot of talk explaining my pros and cons.

Then the medic and the "top nurse" (both officers) came to review me, until I was told by the nurse that I was declared "stowaway". because I was not listed in the manifest.

I told them that I had applied, accepted..etc..etc.
.
Then It turns out the supposed HR "officer" was a fake and jumped from the deck and the ship to the sea moments earlier.

Gave them the papers, turned out there was really a position free.. then the captain came and gave me a welcome and they hired me.

then I woke up (o_O))

And I'm like all..
