That was nice of them. I wouldn't expect a company that big to pay much attention to it.
Every now and then a helicopter will fly really low by our house and keep circling around. I don't know what he/she is doing, but I swear it barely missed our house one time.
That sounds great! But how long was the ride to DC?When SW first came to our airport, they held a contest for all the elementary schools in the area, and a class from our school won. They flew them to Baltimore for the day, bussed them to Washington DC and took them on a brief tour of the city, then flew them home that night. It was awesome.
Okay Uncle Orville. "No privacy at all around this place."Can't get no respect around here...or should that be privacy. Whatever! Have you seen where I left my teeth?
Seems like a full day, but a fun one for the kids!
Sharknado!!!!!!!!I feel like this thread is getting too serious. Quick, where some nonsense!?
Oh, my gosh! I just thought of this! Maybe it's the "Jesus + U = " guy!!

All this plane talk makes me want to share. I live on a hill five minutes from the big Ohio Army National Guard Military Base (formerly called The Arsenal, an ammunition plant from 1940-1971 so it's huge!) and when they have their multi-state manuvers they have all kinds of military aircraft flying over. Sometimes I feel like Radar from MASH because I can hear them coming. The neat thing is they all fly low and some have the doors open on the sides with the soldiers sitting with their feet or their legs dangling out the side. If we time it right we go outside and wave and they wave back because we can see them just as well as they can see us. The worst is when they bring in the big boy carriers. Those rattle the pictures on my walls.
