I was reading an old thread the other day that someone had resurrected, and tried to "like" a post that I thought was funny. I was wondering where the like button was, and why I couldn't like the post. Then I realized it was one of mine. :oops:

Celebrating ice cream for a month is for amateurs. The real pros celebrate it by the year!
2013 was an ice cream year
2014 is an ice cream year
2015 is an ice cream year
and I think 2016 will be an ice cream year as well
I'll have to check my calendar for 2017 but I have a hunch that it is an ice cream year as well
Same with 2018

No, I legit wish him well.
His mom and sister may be enablers, but his wife and kids appear to be innocent bystanders.

Although I like to see true villains fall, as much as the next guy; I don't enjoy watching a basically good guy implode due to substance abuse.

I hope he's clean and stays clean.
Sadly, I think staying clean would be better served if he were to step down as mayor, and abandon his re-election campaign. He's not willing to do that, and I fear the stress of his situation will drive him right back to the bottle or the pipe.

Speaking of staying clean..
Did you guys read the news about Downey Jr's son getting "caught" with drugs?
Note that the news are trying to exploit and make a meal of the story.. as nowhere says the authorities found drugs.. they said "in suspicion of possessing". but not actually finding drugs on him.
or Am I reading wrong?
I really hope he also recovers like his Dad. Robert Downey Jr had a huge slump and now look at him now!
