Nope... I'm right and you know it. No sense reflushing the topic.:joyfull:

Wow, we have very different recollections of the previous discussion.

But that's okay, I think I'll just "Let it go".

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
About a month ago I took my daughter food shopping with me and she asked what Fluff was. My response? "A little bit of heaven in a jar". It then went in the cart. We had fluff-n-nutter sandwiches for lunch that day. Mmmmmmmmmm.
I have neither had a fluffer-nutter sandwich, nor even heard of it.

Not sure if Fluff is available in Canada, but I'm going to Buffalo next week, so I may just have to hunt it down at Wegman's.

Michael Sam just followed me on Twitter.

Unfortunately it's just a phony account, and it has no followers, and I'm the only one it's following. Kind of weird. o_O

EDIT- Actually I'm not the only one it's following. It must have those blocked for anyone to see.
What if he wants to e-kidnap you? D:

The house phone just rang.
When I answered it, it was Son #1 calling from the downstairs bathroom.

I told him I don't talk to fools on the throne, and hung up.

Still have no idea what he wanted, but ewwww! Just ewwww!
I imagine he wanted to ask for a roll of toilet paper because he ran out? lol

Cleaning lady was here yesterday, so the rack (holds 4 rolls) is full. Plus, that is the washroom where the spare rolls are stored.

Turns out he wants to borrow my car.

Hubby and I agreed to let him keep driving as practice for his final G licence road test next week, and THEN, we're going to cut him off. Once he gets his G, our rates go down.

oh.. dang, I think I need to start reading backwards to ensure these kind of questions-anwered do not happen D:

It's mostly info from my sister.

But I had a roommate once whose GF wouldn't sit down on the seat in our bathroom and always left a mess.
How? I mean.. she did stand right on top of the toilet to make the necessities?

Toilet seats!
ewww no please :(

I still scratch my head at these "inventions".
Are some people so weird that they do fantasize about taking a pooh?
Reminds me of the japanese toilet restaurant D:

I'd say 70% of the flowers and green plants in the ground or planters. 4 of the 5 trees in the ground, hole for the 5th dug. Still have the entire vegetable garden to go, that should be easy minus the 75 Kale plants and 24 red cabbage plants that need to be potted or put in the ground, this could be a problem.

I am so freak'n sore from neck to the toes. :in pain:

I remember the bathroom theme restaurant in LA. The seats, dishes and menu items all focus on bodily functions. :p

Just in case you don’t know the scoop on what Hurricane Katrina did to New Orleans and Six Flags, this photo is of New Orleans, LA, on Sept. 14, 2005. This was Six Flags Over Louisiana still submerged two weeks after Hurricane Katrina caused levees to fail in New Orleans. Photo #12 by Bob McMillan/FEMA

Here's what I don't get.
Why are these places just left to rot and decay?

Is there no value attached to the land? I mean maybe not in Chernobyl, but these other places? Surely they could demo the rides/attractions, clear the land, and sell it!

I used to get a creepy feeling the first few times we stayed at POP, and had a clear view of the abandoned Legendary Years buildings. Clearly that project had a happier ending, but for a number of years, it was really eerie.

Yeah, nobody likely to go to Chernobyl. Nola too. There is a whole portion of Nola that is still basically abandoned while other areas are flourishing. The rotting clone of Disneyland is another good one. That one has that deja vu feeling about it.

Not really. There is more cost in removing and repurposing the land. Also, the rides actually do carry some value. The issue is, no one wants to come in, fix the place up, and make it operational. Anyone serious enough to do that probably has looked at the P&Ls of Six Flag before the incident, and decided it would take too long to recoup any investment.

The Six Flags here in Atlanta (a popular regional destination) flooded a few years back just as badly as the one in NOLA. But, it was renovated and fixed, and was ready for operations within a week, and completed renovations within six months.

The one primary difference is that they worked diligently to get the flood waters out of the park quickly. In NOLA, it was left underwater for nearly a month.
