'til September. My sister will take her for a couple of weeks in August though, so that will be a nice break. My brother has her the rest of the year, so this is kind of our gift to him.

I just put the live cam stream of the MK parade on my desktop so Mom could watch it on the big screen. When it was all over she said she saw me, DH and our kids there.

I'm not used to getting likes from anyone outside of the Chit Chat section anymore. I posted one thing in the dining section yesterday, and I just posted my experience with MagicBands in general discussion. I don't have the patience, will, or care to follow any of the N&R threads, so those are out. And that's too bad, because that's a great place to get likes! Assuming you're not a troll.

It's nice to see you working together to help your mother. On both sides of my family, I've seen way too many cases of all the siblings yelling "NOT IT!" then running for the door and just leaving everything to the loser. My dad still resents his siblings for how they handled my grandmother.

I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters, and let's just say that not everybody "participates". I can't even get some of them to come by and visit her even though they only live a half-hour away.

All you have to do is call Maelstrom's Frozen overlay lazy and you are guaranteed at least 8 likes.
