Don't feel bad. I walked into a parking meter because I was looking across the street instead of in front of me. Talk about bruised bosom! :(

This week I was looking for the 100# Pup who was in a deep sleep and not responding, I didn't remember if he was inside or out and it was dark out, had not turned the lights on in the Living room yet either.

My DD was in the kitchen as I said I can't find Walter at the very moment I stepped on his paw, then ear, then nose and landed atop him after I slammed the side of my hand into the corner of media center. Pup and I made noises, DD came flying, Dog bolted, turned, gave me a well deserved snarky look like what they heck were you thinking woman.

No
what happened with the classic "have the baby in your arms and help him walk around" ?
seems now the bad type of "stroller" warriors have their 5 year olds in strollers still o_o
Really? You expect a parent to carry their baby around WDW? What about naps? What about giving the parents a break? Besides, both my brother and I were in strollers until we were 6. Pretty simple; we both needed naps on occasion up until we were that age, and occasionally it was used if we were acting up. It's a personal decision, and people should not judge others based on whether or not their children are in strollers, especially those who don't have kids.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?

I, uh... I think I'm set for the weekend avatar.

In unrelated news, I'm very irritated and my tolerance for idiots is running dangerously low. Unfortunately, that's all I'm dealing with at work today. :in pain:

I'm having one of those days...Now DH is home, he finished his project, 90 minutes sleep in about 34 hours.
We're too old for this.

It finally stopped snowing about 1130am. It never stuck but the flakes were about the size of a silver dollar.
It is the middle of freak'n May!!!

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Hide something of his...

Ideas like this help me realize I should not have children anytime soon.
Nah, it sounds like we think alike.

I had to return some over-due library books, and he kept calling me in the car, swearing and yelling and acting the general fool. I, of course, kept hanging up on him.
When he called back the fourth time, I very calmly asked, "Is there something wrong with your phone? We keep getting disconnected."

Can you say - Passive Aggressive?

Anyway, he has decided he has tormented me enough, so he is back out there planting - only because he needs the cash. And I am letting him - only because my allergies are through the roof, and I fear I am going to rub my eyes right out of their sockets.

First unofficial long weekend of the summer, and I get to work all three days; which is preferable to being home. So ... YAY!

Me too. As long as they didn't touch the liver.
Well, I usually just shake my head when hearing the list of things that you find unpalatable,
Tomatoes? Really? That's just wrong on so many levels. ;)
however, on this occasion I fully agree. Livers are to be used to filter bad things from our bodies. Why, oh why, would we even consider it edible. Liverwurst though is one of my favorites. Go figure.

Actually, I am not that picky of an eater.
Here's the list:
Tomatoes
Croutons
ANY organ meat
Pizza
Chinese Food (think I might be sensitive to MSG)
Snails, clams, oysters (generally anything that looks like a booger)
Calimari and scallops
and, Tomatoes

I love spinach, brussel sprouts, cabbage ....

The new Poly lobby concept art makes me wanna set the people with strollers on fire.

Its such a smack in the face.

We were in Cooks at the Poly a table over from the windows in the auxiliary seating room the last day it was open. In came A Mom, A (beat'n down) Dad and a boy about 6 or 7, they chose a table for 2 next to us against the window. They brought the stroller in. The boy didn't seem to have issues, just a well rested elementary school kid that really wasn't in the mood to eat, you could tell he was ready to get to getting.

Well they needed to wedge a 3rd person in next to us and a tank stroller that someone had retro-fitted with plywood at the bottom that extended the umbrella stroller maybe 3/4 a foot. (I'll find the picture.) The Mom kept pulling at the boy to sit on her lap and stroked him like an infant while she would then attempt to spoon feed the school aged kid, he'd get annoyed and then she'd pull him into her chest and wipe his face, this went on and on. You could see the Dad tense up and biting his lip, nice start to the day. I was a stroller pushing Mom but seriously you need the stroller in a restaurant for a 6 or 7 year old? Even if there were issues that were not apparent the window wall/door was maybe 5 feet away.

Croutons?! How can you hate croutons?! When I am making a salad I always wind up eating a couple handfuls of them before I get around to adding them to the salad.

Why the hate for tomatoes, so much that you listed them twice! ;)

I don't like croutons either, not a fan of stale bread plopped atop my salad. My DD has a MSG allergy thing. Every Chinese place around here omitted it years ago around the time it was banned from salad bars. It is amazing how many grocery store items it is in though.

I'm getting the same creepy/crazy vibes from that mom that I got from the Game of Thrones character that still breast feeds her 6 year old...

Bluck. If I'm going to add bread to a salad the grocery store has so many fresh bakery breads I'd rather eat over dried out cubes. :angelic:

RAW tomatoes.
Once they are cooked or processed somehow (ketchup, juice), I can tolerate them.

As I've mentioned, I worked in a pizza place for the last year of high school/first year of university, and developed a contact skin allergy to tomatoes. And, a dislike for pizza.
