When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
So this person that I had a class with last semester randomly messaged me on Facebook a while ago. We haven't talked since that class, and even then we only spoke to each other in class. We've been talking for an hour or so now like we've been best friends for years.
Yeah, like you talk with us ... people you've never actually met.

My kids make fun of me every time I refer to you guys as "my Disney friends".

I must be the world's crappiest mother.

I worked all day. Neither of my children called or texted me to wish me a Happy Mother's Day.
And now, I've been home for an hour and a half .... Son #1 hasn't even come out of his room yet, and Son #2 only wants to know if I bought ice cream on my way home.

I did, but I'll be darned if he's having any.

It was cute when Hubby used to buy the card every year and get them to sign it ... TEN YEARS AGO!

They are now 19 and almost 18 and should be buying their own friggin' cards.

It's a good thing I'm working myself up to full blown P. O.'d, 'cause otherwise I think I might cry.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant.
PUSH vs brick wall ... PUSH wins!
The brick wall took less damage than I did. I ended up scraping my right elbow (enough to make it bleed), then my left knee, and my left wrist. Then my back didn't feel too great from the bending it took. It's still sore today if I bend forward or backward. My wrist is better, and my left shoulder is slightly sore.

So by that count, I think the brick wall wins.
