...and done!!!

Time for sleep. I'm exhausted. Sunday my friends and I did a 5k mud run. My whole body hurts. It's not "hurt" - just sore. It's definitely beyond my comfort zone to do something like that. I think they got me to agree because I don't know what a "k" is. If they had told me in miles I probably would not have fallen for it.

Yesterday was the event at for my job that had me freaking out last week. That's over too so I can get back to full time Sageteering bright and early tomorrow!!!
I honestly was thinking "5 km isnt much" .. then I read it was mud run..

why would you do thaaaaaaat? D:

Also, In other news..
the Embassy answered my Emails for help regarding my VISA for my cruise in Alaska (and the failed process that almost ruined it). They said they would give me an opportunity and did let me send my papers (I did sent them express) to them.
So hopefully will get the VISA without having to pay to start the process again from zero. thanks god!

The only think I like about Jimmy Johns is the bread. The meat they use is mind of meh and they are skimpy with it.

Yep, the skimpy meat thing is definitely one thing I've noticed about JJ's and I always end up paying for extra meat as a result. Also, and I've commented to coworkers, is the use of so friggin' much lettuce as filler. So, when I do get one, mainly 'cause it only takes them 5 mins. to get it to the office if I order before 11:30a, I always get light lettuce, too. There are definitely better sub shops, but, it sure hit the spot today when I ordered it my way. There are 2 local chains that make subs as good as any I've ever had anywhere. ThunderCloud Subs and Delaware Subs. Always plenty of meat and such a great choice of ingredients to fill 'em with...! :hungry: :)

By far my favorite chain sandwich place.

Jason's Deli also has over the top Mary Jane Baked Potatoes. They are generally about 12" long and about 6 inches wide. Under the melted cheddar cheese that is sprinkled with green onion rings is a layer of sour cream. Slurp.

You can tell just how big it is by the drink and knife above the potato in the photo.

Oh my! We love us some Jason's, too! :hungry: :) There is also one of them just down the road that we used to frequent very often when the kiddos were younger. Haven't been in quite some time, though.
Love their Ruben, Beefeater, Muffaletta, french onion soup, and gumbo, among other things. They used to have a sliced BBQ brisket potato called the "Podnah" slathered in BBQ sauce, red onions, cheese and butter that was to die for. Now they only have some kinda' chipped BBQ beef potato thing that, although isn't terrible, can't hold a candle to that scrumptious Podnah. :hungry:
