When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
You guys are crazy up there with your meters (not metres) and Celsius.

Actually it makes a lot more sense than the English system, but I could never get used to the metric system.
Only 'Muricans spell it "meter". The rest of the world (who actually use metric) spell it as "metre".
And hey, we have no choice. You know - when in Rome ....

From good old Wikipedia:
The metre (International spelling as used by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures), or meter (American spelling), (SI unit symbol: m), is the fundamental unit of length (SI dimension symbol: L) in theInternational System of Units (SI)

At work, we are required to display lot sizes in metres; but houses are described in square footage, and room dimensions are in feet and inches. Don't ask me why - I don't know.

I once wallpapered my bathroom and when I got done I noticed that one strip was upside down. It was a very close pattern and no one except me ever noticed it.
I believe that flowers should be pointing upward. I had a couple that were slightly wilted.
I would have ripped that strip down and re-hung it.

Either that, or sold the house.

New Quiz: Are you a morning person?
I did not need a quiz to know that I'm not...

How Much Of A Morning Person Are You?
You checked off 7 out of 51 scenarios

You have never done a single productive thing before 1 p.m., and that’s okay! Mornings are terrible, and sleeping is the best thing in the whole world, and that’s just the way it’s always going to be.

I got 20/51 on this one, but, it still said mornings are pretty much my arch enemy...

Happy Easter greetings to all that observe tomorrow. To everyone else, I hope you have a nice Sunday. (Have to cook dinner now.) My sister brought us a pretty yellow tulip plant decorated with ribbons, and a little rabbit; it was really cute. Tomorrow hubby and I decorate Easter eggs. (I always have to cook some extra, because he has this habit of eating them before we even start to color them!!) :)

Thanks! Same to you and all of WDWMagic! :)
That last part sounds like me...! :joyfull:
