You know I've often felt that when you pass a police officer who has pulled someone over (especially at night) that there should be a way to make those lights a little less annoying. Maybe put in a dimmer switch or something...

They want to keep you on your toes with those bright lights. And blind so you can't see the change in speed limit up ahead.

I tripped over a dog toy and hurt my back.

I think I'm enjoying the back ache more than the snow.

Eeek. I pick up dog toys around the bedrooms, bathrooms and then down by the living room, family room and kitchen each night. I do my last sweep before I head off to bed. Way too many times one of us did a faceplant stepping on a rawhide in the dark.

Have some Advil as a good night snack.

If I stare at the ambulance outside and try to figure out which neighbor it's for any longer the lights are going to give me a seizure and they will need to bring another for me.

Rained in Disney today. Made wait times go from hour plus to a few minutes. Extra magical hours all week, opening at 7 am and closing between 1am and 3 am at MK and the other parks are opening early and staying open late too. But when the parks are a "9" not much helps.

I've spent the last week in 85 degree weather, out in the sun. Right now here in NC the temperature is 43 degrees. I blame Canada.

When my kids were little there was no such thing as Lego's, at least in our area. However, there were Lincoln logs. They were bigger and round. I'm thinking that was worse.

I made a Lego table for my kids out of our old coffee table. Put drawers on it and everything so they could just put everything back in the drawers. I still stepped on Legos, many a night.
