Our Giant Eagle does the same thing. I think it's more a safety issue so I'm okay with it.

Yep, the GE here does too.

That cake I got from New Orleans was no joke, it was heavy and so tasty. I haven't had one nearly as good since then.

But just in case, I'm gonna see if my fave bakery is doing anything for mardi gras....

Ooh eeh ooh ahah ting tang wallawalla bingbang
Ooh eeh ooh ahah ting tang wallawalla bingbang

Good point! I'm itching for a trip back to Disneyland. I don't know how long I can hold out. I'd like to go this September, but not sure if my California family will be busy then or not. I certainly don't mind staying off site, in one of the partnering resorts, versus the DL hotel (waaaaaay too expensive considering how close other hotels are and how much less per night, plus free breakfast and airport transportation!)

As long as I get there for the 60th, I'll be happy. I've been to DL more times than WDW and miss that tiny little park... It feels like home.

I wish I could find my lion king parade photos! :(

Yea, we need to get back to DL sometime relatively soon, as well. Haven't been since summer of '10.
That was the first Park I visited at age 6 in '68. :)

No. I will prove my point correct, even when I know you aren't going to change your opinion! I will force my opinion on you, and you will accept it as fact! I will also take jabs at your lifestyle and personal life, including (but not limited to) your family, career, and place of residence. I will also belittle you by saying how I am better than you, but I will not actually succeed in making myself look better, just more of a dummy. If you can not accept that, then you're wrong!!
I'm sorry, young trash can, but you do not have anywhere near enough miles on your odometer to have that status. When you have been around as long as I have, done the things, good and bad, that I have done, then and only then can you even have an opinion. Ya whippersnapper ya! And get off my lawn and back to the curb where your kind are supposed to be. See, when you have reached an advanced age you can easily switch back and forth from Chit-Chat personality to Rumors and (news?) personality. The only real risk is not always being aware of what thread you are posting in, and then trouble erupts.:grumpy:

I like to think of it as feisty more than nasty.

So DH wanted to go to Beaches 'n Cream today for our last lunch here.It was mid-afternoon, so we figured there wouldn't be much of a wait. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated, which was great. However, when we looked at the menu, they wanted $15 for a hamburger. $15!!!! So we got up and left, drove over to Chili's and had a very nice lunch with beverages and paid less than $30 including a generous tip. Lesson learned!

Good Grief! :jawdrop:
Don't even wanna' know what an extra slice of cheese would run that up to.
