Actually, your pretty darn close. Laredo, Texas is just this side of the Rio Grande. Nuevo Laredo, Mexico is just across the river on the other side. It's actually quite amazing how much the world can change in a 60 second river crossing.

It was in Inception, but I knew it from my French days. It was kind of a joke in our class. I first heard it in the film La Vie en Rose, which portayed Edith Piaf's life.
