Yesterday there was a couple in the lounge chair next to me, and they went in and watched a movie because of a little drizzle. I'm not kidding. This resort is not cheap. I watch movies in the evenings when there's nothing else to do, but during the day? Come on now.

It's sort of a double hot tub. The one on top dumps water over you. I love it. I can sit there with hot water dumping over me looking out at the ocean.
Unfortunately, while Aulani is great, I think this is my last trip to Hawaii. Allergies and asthma are horrible. I've left the resort one day to go sightseeing, but other than that I've been stuck here and close to my medications
. Good thing this resort is a good place to be stuck! My parents wanted to go to the Wailua Gardens. We discussed it and decided given my reaction to the flower leis this was a very BAD idea.

Yeah Wisconsin and Hawaii have so many similarities it's uncanny.If you wanted to have drinks with parents, you should've come to Wisconsin. We have some great waterparks here! They are very similar to Hawaii, I promise.
Getting leied in Wisconsin has a total different meaning.

Lol. That's okay; I can legally drink at home. My parents let me if they are also drinking, which is rare. For now, I got my ice.

They don't have the paste at Aulani. I'm just as happy with it plain

They have a bunch. Liliko'i, Guava (can't have), pineapple (also can't have), coconut, vanilla, so many I can't remember or list them all. I've been getting watermelon and liliko'i with either coconut, mango, or orange. They have an optional condensed milk topping or ice cream. I just prefer it plain. It's actually one of the better ice stands I've been to. Last year I got some at Waikiki, Honolulu Zoo, and other areas. This one has the most flavor options.
