One of my favorite beaches in WI is at Devil's Lake State Park. The beach itself is pretty small and nothing special, but the views are awesome! It's a man-made lake between several bluffs. There are trails and hiking paths through them, and they are pretty great, too.

Wow! Again, that doesn't look that dissimilar to our own Lake Travis just 10 minutes down the road. When it's not 30 feet low, like it is now.

Our city/province has plenty of road salt, but Lowes/Depot/Costco etc. have been out of rock salt and that blue ice melter stuff, for weeks.

Hubby, and everyone else, has been using water softener salt pellets since the end of last month.

So weird to see though. Looks like Olaf has been walking up and down my driveway firing snowman droppings.
