Last night was a weird night. At about midnight we noticed a drunk guy walking in the street (we live on a dead end). He walked down to the field on the side of our house, and stood there for a while. We could see the light of his cell phone, and then he started walking towards the big field behind our house. Keep in mind that it was pouring rain, and there was heavy lightning. We called the cops to notify them, and they sent two officers out in rain gear. After a while of searching they told us they were going to go drive around on some roads. While they were driving they got a call from someone who was on the other side of the field in a trailer home that he had never seen before. They said he sounded intoxicated (which he obviously was). When they wanted him to go outside, he said he needed to set his phone down in order to do so. :p

Anyway, it was the guy who was wandering around our house. He was drunk, and he was only 20.

So that was my night. :p

Didn't you just break the 14,000 mark on this thread not too long ago??

After the walk, he was talking about how the winds were a lot worse than he anticipated, and that the rope was swaying back and forth so he couldn't focus easily. Plus, he has a rope on over the Falls, whereas he was screwed if he fell over the canyon...

Canyon winds really are tricky - there are currents that can change in a heartbeat (literally)
