One Little Spark...
Went to MK today, was awful. At EMHs, Space was closed, Frontierland and Adventureland were closed. Did Small World and thats it during EMHs. Went to BTM and hopped in line, but Splash was closed too. Then went to JC and it said 15 minutes and ended up being over an hour. When we went to exit the ride, they started having us get out while it was still moving a bit. My mom was the first to get out and the CM trying to help her out ended up pushing her and she fell down. She scratched her entire arm and hand and was bleeding. She used a wet towel to wipe it off and kept going. Then we had FPs for Splash, and when we were in line, it broke down again. We left the line and went to BoG again, and the CMs were telling people they could go around us since we didnt fill in all the space completely. These girls who went around us were CMs off work and were talking about how they screw guests of things. We then went back to see if Splash was open, and it wasn't, so my mom went to tell guests relations about the JC incident. They didn't care. Went to first aid to get her arm wrapped, did some shopping, and back at the hotel now. Have gymnastics competition to go to tonight.

There were also a lot of obnoxious tour groups there.
I would like this post....but I can't...

I hope your day turns around!

I'm soooo sorry this happened to you and to her. While you're still there, go to the hotel desk and tell them all this, especially the JC incident. Take pictures of her arm too. Speak up about it, and if they brush you off, ask to speak to their manager.

I don't think she wants to take any further action, really. The worst part was they just said "Are you okay?" And then told her where the first aid was. They never said sorry or tried to help her up or anything.

So sorry PUSH:(. Share a little trick with you: If the line is winding around...and winding around...and winding around...it's not 15 minutes. Don't believe the sign, eyeball the line (hey that rhymes!). Those signs just can't keep up with the changes in the crowds. When you go to Studios, if the line for Star Tours is winding around outside, you're going to be waiting at least 30 minutes, probably more. Keep a check on it as the wait fluctuates down during the day (even during crazy June days, even when it first opened!). If the line is not outside, it's 20 minutes or less. Just a few of my tricks because I refuse to wait in line for more than 30 minutes. Were they the foreign tour groups again today or school groups? Either one can be obnoxious.

And @Nemo14 is 100% right (wise woman she is). A manager needs to know when that sort of thing happens. It's not right, and if it were to happen to another guest who doesn't love WDW as much as we all do or who it's their first visit, it could ruin their day and make them less likely to want to return. Not to mention that it SHOULDN'T happen at all.

She said she will write a letter and take pictures of her arm, but I have no control on what she will do. She said earlier tonight that she doesn't know 100% if it was his fault, or if she just tripped.

And I told them the line would be longer, but one (somewhat hot headed) member of my group wanted to do it, and he doesn't mind waiting.

Tonight I watched my cousin in the national gymnastics competition. She was pretty good, but couldn't compare to the other groups that have so many more people. They also put more of an emphasis into practice, etc. She got robbed on the bars, though. She did very well and only got an 8.5 out of 10. Nonetheless, she got about 17 out of about 23.

Then went to the arcade with my other cousin, and then walked to POFQ for beignets.

Much better second half of the day than the first! :D
