I can't find either of my two comfortable pairs of "winter" dress shoes, so I am taking thong sandals.

Yep, that's right. It's January. In Canada. And I am going to wear sandals!
(I will however wear socks and boots to and from work ... and every hour or so when I have to use the outdoor potty. I'm not a total fool!)

It's either that, or be crippled after the first hour.

32 degrees here, feeling like 21. Although when I went outside about an hour ago, it felt a lot colder. But that might be on me, because I was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops.
