I believe it's in one of the first three screens of El Rio De Tiempo...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's off to the right. You pass by the volcano, through the "Mists of Time," see the one Aztec that says something, then pass through the room that has three video screens. The one on the left shows an Aztec leader surrounded by others that are dancing, the one on the right is the one pictured I think and the one over the entry to the next room shows a pair of Aztecs observing shooting stars.

And yes it is Rio. Its the first screen as you enter the tunnel portion of the attraction, just after passing by the volcano.
