Where do you get your favorite dessert at WDW?

My favorite dessert was only my favorite because of the perfect timing. I was served a chocolate sundae at Rose & Crown Pub right as Illuminations started. That just made the sundae taste that much better. Otherwise, I would have to go with the simple Nestly Tollhouse Cookie Ice Cream things that you can get everywhere.:hammer:

Besides the zebra domes at AKL---
I would have to say the apple pie at the Plaza Restaurant in MK and the milk shakes at the 50's Prime Time Cafe in MGM.

Ok---I have to wait until May for these delights, I will no longer torture myself by reading this thread...I should have smuggled some home in December.

Oh! I almost forgot about the cookies at the little bookstore by New York Street in MGM...but I did find a place online where you can order them:
www.selmas.com

And here's an article about the cookies:

I just had to ask last time after buying so many at almost $3 a pop. When you're there for a week you can eat a lot of cookies.

mmmm

The best dessert I have every had anywhere! was at the Brown Derby in MGM. It was the first day of the banana foster cheesecake. It was AMAZING and you MUST try it...or you WILL be struck by lightening.

There is a place past Fantasyland, by the Tommorrowland Speedway that has a strawberry swirl ice cream. We get some everytime we are at the MK. :p

If so, what exactly is it?

Everytime we passed that stand, we were too stuffed to try it.

These are a MUST have when I visit. The Strawberry one is excellent. Then again that's all i've ever had. Dont know if my description will do it justice but here it goes: it's a dough that's fried and then covered with brown sugar, then they add your selected topping and add whipped cream.

Neddless to say this is one of my favorite's. Along with a Dole whip. Or Rasberry cheesecake from Norway. Or chocolate cake from the bakery at POR. Or...............(leaves to go get on airplane)

Hm, I'm astonished that no one (myself included) has yet mentioned the churros of the Magic Kingdom. While not exactly the fanciest dessert that Disney has to offer, it's definitely a habit-forming, classic WDW treat. In fact, even after eating a huge meal, I believe I'm feeling a powerful Disney-churro craving at the moment.

chalk another one up for the pineapple whips! :slurp: i like the pineapple floats too, though!
the chocolate croissants from France...if i had no other reason to go to WDW, that'd be it! not to mention, they make great breakfast treats! :D
unfortunately, i didn't get to visit WOL during my last visit, but a few years ago, they had the most incredible ice cream sundae at the restaurant. it included vanilla ice cream, plain brownies, and strawberries (though i think there was another fruit or two you could choose from)
and one of the best Thanksgiving meals I've ever had was from Tamu-Tamu Refreshments...again, an ice cream sundae with chocolate syrup and strawberries.
