Where do you buy your Disney Gift Cards?

I have read several of you say that you stockpile Disney Gift Cards in between trips for souvenirs and food and sometimes even for paying for the lodging itself. Where do you find the gift cards? I have only seen them at Target and only in $50 increments. I looked at Walmart and Publix and haven't found them. Thinking of asking the in-laws for such cards for my birthday and my DD birthday.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
I'm with you Figgy. I like to save money where I can. I am seriously considering switching to the yearly fee Disney Visa b/c what we would earn in bonuses would far out weigh the yearly fee.
We have the premier card and love it despite the annual fee! We earn well over what we pay for the fee. We make sure we use it at all the 2% places catagories like grocery stores, restaurants, Disney related, gas stations all earn 2% and anything else is still 1%. Plus we got a $100 bill credit after we opened it as a bonus. Now I still use my Target card for Target of course but for everywheres else we use the Premier Disney Card and try to pay it in full each and every month. We usually earn easily $500 + dollars per year by using the card and its just me And DH as we do not have any kids so with a bigger family you can earn alot more than us on daily expenses. Plus the card designs are really cute for that one. :)

If I'm doing small ones, then the grocery store (25 or 50s). If I'm just getting one or two large ones to take to cover expenses on vacation, then its the Disney Store.

I save up cash in $500 increments and then head over to the Disney store and add it to the card. Then when we have a decent amount towards the trip saved up on gift cards we book the trip, so we owe less than half of the full amount. Then I just pay $20-$50 here and there until the trip is paid off.

I get mine at Target and Lowe's. I buy them as I have extra money from my weekly budget. It is a great incentive to see how much under budget I can go each week. I also teach and am fortunate to get them from students as gifts. I put them on my account upon check-in so they can be used throughout the week. We don't use the dining plan, so the gift cards really help us pay for our meals and souvenirs.
