Anytime sweetie.

I dont know this for sure but a lot of water pools at Disney and many other places flow absolutely no where. They just look like they do by heading under a bridge or some other device that creates the illusion of travleing on to somewhere else.

Was this "blockage" in place before the rehab of the IASW area?

Could this have been a waterfeature that was turned off because of increasing water restrictions? I have to put it in presepective next time i'm in the parks to see if I can recall it being a waterfall at one point. If not, anyone got a pond pump? I think we'd all enjoy the sound of flowing water while standing in line at PPF

Most of WDW is a hotspot...
But shielded, encrypted, not Broadcasting SSID... and MAC address filtering is used... :)
So there isn't any chance
Now now Corrus... there's ALWAYS a chance. ;)

Though I'll need access to a computer in finance...

Back to the original question... could it have been part of the Swan Boat ride originally?

The Swan boat ride boarded to the front left side of the castle....the station is still there (ever notice the swan topiaries near the rose garden?)

The swan boats went around the castle moat and then back behind the Crystal Palace from what I have read. The boats never went on the Fantasyland side of the Castle, or anywhere behind Liberty Square.
