Looking to download some or all of the main street area Halloween tracks we heard last week at the MNSSHP, if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks

Not sure about downloading but I bought a CD last week at the NSSHP at MK. Has all the party/fireworks music on it :)

Paid $24.95 at the park, search round for a better price but here is a link to what I bought. :)

Well worth it IMO. :sohappy:

The poster was asking about the BGM loop for Main Street during the parties. The event party CD doesn't have that. It just has the old Villains Mix 'n Mingle, Hallowishes, Boo to You, and the Yo Ho bit.

Whoops thought he/she was looking for the other stuff. You are right the CD does not have that on it. Not sure where to find that at.

If you dig around on magicmusic.net you may find some of the loop listed on their forums. No guarantee though, especially if they changed anything as identifying loops can take a while. Once you have the list you can locate/buy the tracks yourself. Really your only option as martin said, most of the loop is commercially available music.

For the most part, my lists are still accurate except there have been minor changes this year. In the past, each area BGM started with, and used a second time, one of the cues from the Boo to You parade. This year, those cues were cut from some of the BGMs. In addition, some of the loops have a new song inserted. More information to follow at some point.

I must thank you for the hard work you guys (and gals) do over there to compile the loops. Don't spend nearly the time in that community I used to. (Not since the alt.binaries group started dying off.....) Are your lists publicly posted over there? I don't see anything on the playlists section, and searching the forum didn't pull up any obvious lists under several searches.

A lot of information is hosted on individual blogs. Mine is found here. Overall, the site is the best on the internet for getting accurate information about the music used in the parks. No other site comes close, except for the few that like to steal the information and post as their own work.

Here are the changes to the MSUSA loop, compared to my prior list which is available at the link above.

Mickey's Boo to You Bash is removed both times.

Be Prepared is removed.

Pink Elephants on Parade is removed. This song is now used in the Fantasyland loop in place of the Boo to You track that was removed there. Now, a new song, which I haven't placed yet, is used instead.

Everything else sounds the same, including all of the SFX.

I constantly forget about the blogs on there. I guess I'm still stuck in the old red/yellow paint scheme where everything was pretty much only in the forums. Thanks

Which is why everything needs to be pulled out of the blogs and into the main forums. The problem is too little time. I have about 20 playlists in progress and another 50 or so recordings sitting around, some several years old now. Too bad Disney doesn't make it easy and just release the playlists.
