I see nobody wants to comment on my ideas. Oh well. Everyone just must be taken aback and is speechless by my amazing attractions.
Anyway, I'll continue with Disney/Universal Studios with our next area:
THE BACKLOT
The Backlot, by far the largest area of the park, involves the behind-the-scenes work of movies. The areas are divided up into The Backlot Tour (with surrounding areas) and music production.
Attractions:
The Backlot Tour: A Universal classic. This attraction takes you through scenes from some of the most famous movies of all time.... right in front of you! You'll see Jaws, experience King Kong in 3D, be caught in a flaming building (as well as a flood), drive over a collapsing bridge, and visit sets and props from various movies! Tram Tour. Thrill Factor: *
Movie Cars Backlot Set Adventure: In this all new, unique attraction, guests can pilot replicas of cars from famous movies.... through the backlot tour! This is a one of a kind attraction. Of course, the drivers of the actual backlot tour would have many a sarcastic comment to driving passerby. Interactive Go-Kart style experience. Thrill Factor: **
Hollywood Rip Ride Rock It!: Although sharing the same name as the USF attraction, and keeping in tune with the "choose your own tracks" idea, this coaster has a completely different, more exhilirating track layout. Sit Down Coaster. Thrill Factor: ***
American Idol Experience: Straight from DHS, this completely interactive attraction allows guests with exceptional singing voices their own chance to perform on stage! And, guests not participating can help judge the contestants. Theater show. Thrill Factor: N/A.
Bohemian Rhapsody: THE RIDE: This attraction, inspired by the defunct Hard Rock Park's "Nights in White Satin: The Trip", this innovative attraction takes you through an amazing story with awesome special effects. All in tune to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody." Dark Ride. Thrill Factor: *
Rock N' Roller Coaster Starring The Red Hot Chili Peppers: Similar to DHS' Rock n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, this redesigned version features a new storyline, new music, and a new track layout. And, of course, a new band: The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Sit Down Coaster. Thrill Factor: ***
Restaurants:
The Hard Ruck Cafe': When the Muppets all hit it big, most went into the movie business. The members of the Electric Mayhem band, however, soon discovered that they have no acting talent whatsoever. So, where to they go from there? The tourist business! When they realized the things that they thought were attractions drew nobody (Animal eating a tire was there biggest hit with a crowd of 3 people) they chose the easiest thing they could do: make a restaurant. And soon enough, the Hard Rock Cafe' the band had visited once inspired them to create their own version, the Hard Ruck Cafe'. The main dining room has a stage where the band performs for you. Quick Service. L,D. $$
Backlot Balcony Restaurant: This restaurant, located in a tower in the middle of the Backlot tour, offers a bird's eye view of the entire area. Guests can view Jaws while having tilapia. Sit down. L,D. $$$
Backlot Break Restaurant: Designed after a during-filming lunch break, movie trailers of famous characters align the outside of the building. Quick Service. L,D. $$
Shops
Prop Shop: Located at the exit of the backlot tour, guests can purchase many DVDs and prop replicas and collectibles from various movies.
G Force Records: Located at the exit of Rock n' Roller Coaster, this shop sells rock n' roll items, especially that of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Hollywood Rip Ride Rock It Media Center: After your ride on Rip Ride Rock It, you can purchase pictures and videos of yourself on the ride. Also, the music tracks from the ride can be purchased and downloaded onto your phone or Ipod. This store also sells multiple Rip Ride Rock It shirts, hats, keychains, etc.
