When does your Photopass card usually come in the mail?

I am 33 days away and we received our magical express package, I wanted to know when you usually get the photopass card because I'm wondering if it came in and I didn't see it (my family loses mail -hammer smiley-)

If the photopass card doesn't get here how do I get one?

I don't think the card comes in the mail. I believe you get a photo pass card when you go up to a CM photographer, and then you keep it all day for the others. I've had so many, I just don't recall.

They do not send you Photopass cards. Like bethymouse said, you get them from the photopass photographer.

When you get your PhotoPass card, make sure you either take a picture of it or write down the number clearly and legibly and put it away so in case you loose your card. If not and you loose the card, then you will not have access to the picture you had taken.

If you plan on having PhotoPass photagraphers take lots of pictures then get the prepaid CD and make sure you stop at every photographer and get pics. With the CD you get access to the raw picture which you can later have developed at anyplace you desire for far less money. I think the current cost for prepay is $149.00 and to purchase after arrival it is $199.00. The cost for one 5" x 7" in the parks is at least $10 or more. With the CD you can put multiple PhotoPass cards on it. This means if everyone in your family has a card then when you get home you go onto the website, enter all the numbers and you have all the pics.

Yup, just get the from the photo pass CM's. Also be sure to take a photo of the numbers on the back of your Photopass card. If you lose the card a CM can look up your photo's by that number.

Did you preorder the Photopass CD? If so, you will get it in about 3 to 5 days from the time you bought it. If you are just wanting a photopass card, then you get it from the photographers.

I received a photo pass card in my vacation package that I received about three weeks prior to our tri this past May. I usually end up forgetting it, though, and just grab one from a photographer.

You can use any photopass card you want. The one they send you, one you get your first day there, one from an old trip, doesn't really matter. The ones they send out aren't anything special, nor are they pre-associated with your account. If you do receive one, and associate it with your account, they may choose to send you discount offers for Photopass, but not necessarily.

When I received it in the past, it was in the welcome packet, with the other stuff they send - your luggage tags, the mini golf coupon thingy, and stuff like it. It was stuck to one of the pages that described Photopass.

That being said, it was the same exact thing as the Photopass card you pick up from the photographers. So you really don't need to get it before you go. Just get one from the photographer. If you order the Photopass+, you need that before you go though.

get a card from any Photographer... heck.. get 3,4, 5 of 'em

Thanks guys! Last year the one I got in the mail I pre-registered and gave to all the photographers so I wasn't sure if that was important to do or not, I just wanted to make sure I got everything i need
